Product introduction

It has best high temperature resistance and bulk stability, at the same time, Compound

Ceramics’ characteristic including high hardness, high attrition resistance, corruption

resistance, oxidation resistance, quick cooling and heating resistance, it’s used to

abravises, refractories, metallurgy, ceramics and so on.

Application of Compound Ceramics

Quality compound ceramics are supplied to domestic and abroad. The performance of the product is as same as the level of international standard; it enjoys high reputation among customers.

The stirring oar and blade own excellent abrasion resistance properties. Through applications of many kinds of high speed stirring systems and mixers, it is approved that the ceramics can adapted to very severe conditions. Comparing to compound metals with the same working parameters, its life is as 6~10 times as the compound metals, reducing cost of relating material, avoiding the impurity distribution occurrence thus increases facility’s efficiency.

Radiation pipe possesses very good anti-thermal shock and very low creep properties, by application in non-flame heating furnace, its excellent properties can compare with the same products imported but with the price of 70% of it.

Sleeves of blast furnace can be in place of conventional products, with applications of large scale blast furnaces, its anti-thermal shock, abrasion resistance and adjustable properties is superior to the products applied before, bearing the life as 8 times as the conventional products, so it is the ideal substituting products to the products used in blast furnace.
